The Howard County Striders are a running group based in Howard County Maryland. In addition putting on races such as the RRCA 10 Mile Challenge, Clyd's 10K, the Metric Marathon, and the Run Through the Grapevine, the Howard County Striders have several running program for runners of all ages and abilities.
